Our firm specializes in real property valuation in the Kanawha Valley covering Kanawha & Putnam counties in West Virginia. We have experience in construction, sales, and rental of residential and commercial properties from the capital city of Charleston through the southern WV coal field region.
Scott Wigal holds a residential appraisal certification in West Virignia, a Marshall University degree, concentrated studies in statistical analysis & business, and has worked in the Kanawha Valley since 1985. He is a member of the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors, the WV Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.
Clients include major lenders in the Kanawha Valley as well as the FHA and WV Housing Administration.
